TFM Holdings aquires Customizing Centre (Durban)
TFM Holdings (Pty) Ltd has acquired 100% of the issued share capital of Customizing Centre in KZN.
This move solidifiesTFMs intentions of being in a position to service our customers on a National basis, in an area where we have traditionally not been as strong as we would have liked to have been. Customizing Centre, established in 1985 by George Galbraith has developed into a strategic partner with some of the major OEM’s, as a supplier of vehicle customization, painting of vehicles, and more recently has commenced a contract to coat door panels for interior trim production. With a strong reputation for quality and on time delivery, Customizing Centre fits well within TFM’s strategic aim of being the best in class.
The current management structures will remain in place in the interim to ensure continuity and a smooth transition into the group. The company will now be known as TFM Customizing Centre (Pty) Ltd.
